Characteristics

A simple ferrata right next to the Jizera River, ideal for beginners, but can be challenging even for more experienced climbers.

Arrival

Parking is possible near the garages in the street near the tunnel.

Approach

A few minutes from the garages - along the river.

Exit

Descent is back down through the forest.

Another option is the arrival from the parking lot at the road to Železný Brod, above the via ferrata. Descendent 5 min walk to the via ferrata. Starting is then unconventional descent to the river and then classically up the ferrata.

Interesting facts

In the middle of the massif, there is a balcony between the ferratas routes and the climbing paths from 3+ to 5+.
